What does Bear Faced Truths want from the Alliance for it to be successful for them?
An opportunity to work in partnership/co production to advance real citizen directed support, to be part of a coalition working to ensure people are in control and services are there to serve but only where appropriate. Of primary importance as we see it is people have meaningful rich relationships and therefore a good life this is something Services are not in a position to provide although if instructed/commissioned by an individual they may have something to contribute.
What can Bear Faced Truths offer in terms of time, enthusiasm, expertise, and resources to supporting the development of Citizen Directed Support across Wales?
Bear Faced Truths offers passion, enthusiasm, a wide network of like minded people, over thirty years experience in care and support. We are a very small business, but would love to be involved in advancing Citizen Directed Support in Wales. We can give some examples of where this is happening.
